Exchange and return

Our online store operates in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

According to Art. 25 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return or exchange goods of good quality purchased in a retail store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

According to Art. 26.1 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the right to return any product purchased in the online store within seven days after receiving the product without specifying the reasons for the return.

Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. The consumer's lack of a document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from this seller.

The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it (note: if the product is made to order).

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods to / from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer presents the relevant demand, but not earlier than the return of the goods.

In the event that the item received is defective, weaving defect or other significant defects, the seller may offer a full or partial refund. If the buyer considers the defects to be safe for further use, he can send the seller a full description of the defects, and after their consideration, in agreement with the buyer, compensation will be paid in the amount of the difference between the price of the first and second grade.

If there are significant flaws or defects in the sling, baby carrier / sling with rings that affect the safety of wearing a child, the buyer sends the product back to the seller unwashed and unworn, receiving a full refund of the cost of the product and all postage.
Money is always returned in the same way. The payment that the buyer used to make the purchase (PayPal account, bank card, etc.).
